Here at Clear Trail Properties, we love the "let's have some fun outdoors" attitude. We know life can be stressful. Work, kids, family. It can definitely be overwhelming at times. We are human, just like you and know what it's like. That is why we understand the importance of the meaning, "I need a break". Our goal is to provide that stress-free break we all need!

Where do we start?
Clear Trail Properties is owned by a family from central Wisconsin. Buck, Ashley & Korbin (pictured below). They have a passion for travel and the outdoors. They knew they needed to find a places to travel to all over the country. That is when they first began traveling to the U.P. and history was made with their first vacation rental in 2018.
Since then, they have grown to over 30 units, are in 5 different markets and 3 different states! They recently launched their cohosting business as well. They knew they wanted to share their gifts and what they have learned with other owners too.

Experiences are what we remember most. I can't tell you what I got for Christmas when I was 12, but I can almost recite every detail of when my family took me to Florida on a Disney trip that year. Nothing ever becomes real, until it is experienced.
What we have experienced traveling has changed our lives forever. It has offered us the perfect "break" away from our everyday lives and that led to the birth of Clear Trail Properties. We knew the experiences we encountered couldn't be kept a secret. We knew we had to share this with as many families as we possibly could.
Creating an experience that guests can have that "break" from the stresses of everyday life, are very important to us.
