Clear Trail Properties’ listing in Nekoosa was perfect for our group of 4 that was traveling in the area to golf at Sand Valley. The home was under 10 mins away and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. We especially enjoyed coming back to the Hot Tub after a long day of golf!

Beautiful location. The standout here is the ability to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, from the fire pit on the hillside overlooking the the lake, to the smaller fire pit by the water, the seating on the dock to enjoy the sunset, and the deck for dining outside. The cabin was clean, well furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We dined at Sand Valley, and recommend the mammoth bar, and Craig’s porch, along with the BBQ Trailer. We spent some time hiking around the dunes as well. The one problem we had (no hot water) was attended to very quickly by management and they had someone out within the hour to fix it. Communication was excellent. Looking forward to coming back n.

We had such a fantastic getaway on Lake Sherwood! The property was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the dog tie-out, canoe, and paddle boat. The waterfront setting was absolutely beautiful, and our dogs had the best time. It was the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time together. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The property was cery clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was easy. The host was great, she checked with us to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect for us, it was only a couple minutes from the Greenheck Turner Community Center where the World Horseshoe Tournament was being held. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended! We hope to stay here again in 2029 when the tournament is back in Wausau.
