I booked this for my favorite foursome for our trip to Sand Valley. It was very comfortable and worked well for us. I will be booking again next year.

Wonderful stay, hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and kind. The place was pretty much spotless, extremely clean, cozy, and overall just a beautifully located spot. We had lots of fun and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to stay in rome wisconsin.

The property was as described in the listing. It was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was awesome and had everything you needed to cook your own meals. The water quality was great! The layout of the property was very nice and gave ample space to do things in different areas without distrubing others. It was a great stay and will be booking again in the feature. The host(s) were very responsive and helpful in checking in and answering any questions i had. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family. The location was nice because it felt private and getting things from the store wasnt horrible. I enjoyed my stay and you will too. We really enjoyed our stay. The hottub was awesome and easy to use. Due to rain (which canceled our tee time) we enjoyed an afternoon in the garage putting and playing pool. It was hard to tell at times if the house had been recently renovated as most everything seemed new and unused.

We enjoyed staying at the Brown Bear Cabin, was very clean and roomy for our family vacation. Was a very quiet relaxing neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed, would definitely stay there again.

All of the descriptions and pictures were accurate. The back of the house faces a stone, ornate wall, and that's where the deer trail is. We watched the deer early every morning. There's enough space to really get around with family on the property and in the home/garage. It is what I would call a "country residential" street, so easy access and you see some homes through the trees, but, at the same time, you feel extremely private. If you want to golf, there are excellent courses right nearby. Time together and with kids was our style, so we took advantage of the small town amenities that Rome (the closest small town) had to offer, including a shallow beach access, a farmer's market on Friday, a splash pad at the local park, miniature golf, and a rustic bakery/coffeehouse. All of this activities are less than 5 minutes away. In addition, there is a Dollar General and large Kwik Trip less than two minutes away, so any last-minute needs don't require long trips to big-box stores.

Great spot for our group - comfortable, convenient, and easy to come and go. Perfect for a long weekend with friends.
